I think it could lighten more or completely go away if you have time to give it attention

Size - Labeled Adult Large but it measures like a modern XS-Small

Thigh - approx 13" across

Hips - approximately 18" across the front but it is very full in the back so it would accommodate larger hips

Condition - There is a small spot on the inside of the neck of the jacket

There is writing on the neck of the blue side. I also found a small hole on the neck of the blue side.
