This is a solid case-hardened pin

It fits on a 1" thick excavator bucket lip

This bolt on side cutter (can be welded on) is designed for skid steer buckets and has an industry standard part number of 106763

A bucket pin shim will work just fine if it is a little larger than the Outer Diameter of your pin but not if it is smaller (it has to fit around the pin)
